DESIGN PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our first meeting to discuss your Garden Requirements (whether that be in Essex, London, Hertfordshire or Beyond). It gives me the opportunity to see the space and understand your general aspirations for your dream, luxury garden.

I will talk you through the process from design right through to the complete garden build and will be happy to answer all your questions. Together, we will discuss your budget and preferred timescales. I will then send you a quote for the design work discussed, together with the terms and conditions.

BRIEF & SURVEY

The next step is to spend time with you to develop a detailed Garden Design brief. This will include everything from how you wish to utilise the Garden, what style of design you prefer (Contemporary / Rustic / Elegant), what plants you like or dislike, to specific elements or features you would like to see.

At the same visit, I will carry out a site analysis and survey. This will be used to create the scaled drawing of your garden, which will include the position of the house, levels, boundaries, existing paved areas, existing trees, the position of services.

INITIAL CONCEPT

From your design brief, I will design your garden and draw up a scaled 2D layout overview plan detailing the proposed areas of hard landscaping and soft landscaping (plants and lawns). A mood board will accompany concepts to help visualise the atmosphere/style/’feel’ of the proposed design.

3D PLAN

Once the concept design has been completed, we will bring your Luxury Garden to life using Computer Software that will generate 3D images. I will draw up presentation plans with full details of hard landscaping, features and design elements to bring the overall design to life.

There is also an option to include a "Video Walkthrough" which will give you the ultimate insight into what your garden will become.

FULL SPEC DOC

I will provide all detailed construction specifications and drawings required to build your dream garden. Technical drawings include full setting out plans, levels and construction details to allow landscape contractors to build the Garden.

GARDEN BUILD

Once the Full Spec is completed, we will Tender your Project to our approved Landscapers. There is an option for us to oversee or Project Manage (Additional Fee will be required)

All of Our Approved Contractors have been carefully selected over a Large Period of Time.
